Our Story
More than 20 years of putting smiles on faces
Calabria Pizza & Gyros is family-owned and family-operated. Matt, our owner and chef, has spent more than two decades in restaurant kitchens — and he still lives for the moment a guest takes their first bite.
Through the years we've learned what every good restaurant is really built on: quality service and customer satisfaction. To keep the quality and taste in every dish, we use only the finest, freshest ingredients and stay true to traditional recipes — Italian on one side of the kitchen, Greek on the other.

The Craft
Dough made daily. Gyros carved to order.
Every 14" pie starts with dough mixed in-house and our signature homemade sauce. Every gyro is carved fresh off the spit — spiced lamb & beef, the old-school way. No shortcuts, because the family name is on the door.
